2018 Ford Mustang: Don’t Count On Redesign

Some people were not too pleased with some of the decision that Ford made when they design the current gen Ford Mustang and there were talks about Ford possibly giving the Mustang a new design soon but it looks like we might have to wait for a little longer before that can happen.

We know that Ford will be giving the Ford Mustang an update next year but don’t expect to see it coming with a brand new design. Ford will most likely only be tweaked a little here and there to make sure it stays current.

While it won’t be getting any major exterior upgrades, it is believed that the Ford Mustang GT model could be coming with magnetorheologic dampers to match what Chevrolet is offering on their Camaro SS. There are also speculations about the GT350 and GT350R possibly coming in with a dual clutch transmission option. The standard models should also be getting the new 10-Speed auto transmission.

We are also expecting Ford to stop offering the Mustang with a V6 engine next year.
