2017 Toyota Highlander vs GMC Acadia: Who’s Hunting Who

The Toyota Highlander will come with a 2.7 liter inline 4 engine that will be delivering about 185hp and 184lb ft of torque. The engine will be mated to a six-speed auto transmission and will return about 20mpg in the city and 25mpg on the highway. The GMC Acadia, on the other hand, will come in with a 2.5-liter I-4 engine that will be delivering about 190hp and 190lb ft of torque. The engine will be mated to a six-speed auto transmission and will return about 21mpg in the city and 26mpg on the highway.

The Toyota Highlander will be coming with features like glass breakage sensor, dusk sensing headlights as well as emergency brake assist while the GMC Acadia will come with a dual skyscape sunroof, 8inch display screen and more.

The Toyota Highlander will retail for $40,228 while the GMC Acadia will retail for $29,995.
