2017 Mazda MX-5 Miata RF: Cheap Not Its Middle Name Anymore

With the Mazda MX-5, one of the main reason why it was so popular was because it was pretty affordable if you look at what the Mazda MX-5 will be offering but we can’t say that with the Mazda MX-5 Miata RF anymore.

Mazda showed off their Mazda MX-5 with a convertible hardtop roof last year. They also announce the new price tag for the vehicle and the fans were shocked. While $33,850 is not expensive for a sport car, it is for a Mazda.

To be fair, a lot went into designing and developing the new roof for the Mazda MX-5 but it just does not feel like an MX-5 now with the price tag that high.

Despite all the noise their fans made, Mazda had no problem selling off the Mazda MX-5 the moment it was released so clearly the price was not an issue for some of their fans.
