The Jeep Renegades future is looking very uncertain as it seems that people are not too keen on it. This is the smallest of the Jeep offerings and it does have a great deal in common with the Fiat. However it seems that Jeep are stumbling on with making the vehicle and they don’t think there is an issue with it.
The manager at Jeep, Becky Blanchard said that the vehicle is going to be aimed at those buying a Jeep for the first time. She said “…who will start with our smallest, lowest-priced model.”
When it arrives the Renegade is going to have to compete with the likes of the Kia Soul and Buick Encore. However Jeep seem to be under the impression that it is going to be able to take away sales from the Kia Soul, thanks to the extra all-wheel drive.
The Renegade should make its way out in December and when it does it will be interesting to see if it can steal some sales.
