We have seen new teasers from Polaris and this time it is a video about the reverse trike that is coming our way.
We have heard rumours of Polaris working on something that is going to be in competition with four wheel machines that come from CAN-AM and Campagna KTM. There has been a great deal of speculation following sketches being made for filing a patent and they were leaked.
The project was called Slingshot and most of the details have been kept quiet. We do however know that the Slingshot will have the 2.4 litre Ecotec and it will offer 180hp along with 233Nm of torque.
Many people believe that it is going to be a front wheel drive but the video launched by Polaris didn’t give much away about what it would look like.
In the video it showed the dashboard and a meter at 6,500rpm. So it could be a high performance vehicle when it arrives.
