At the moment nothing has been officially said about Left 4 Dead 3 or Half Life 3 for that matter. However gamers do think that Valve will announce something soon about one of the games. But the question on gamers lips is, which one will arrive first?
Recently the leaked database of Valve came out online and this tells us that Valve employ around 300 members of staff. From these there are forty two who have been getting updates about Half Life 3 and these are made up of designers and developers.
This does seem to be a large number and it does happen to be more than what is working on Left 4 Dead 3. This may hint that Valve could release Half Life 3 before they reveal Left 4 Dead 3. Along with this it is thought that the Source engine is coming close to completion and gamers believe that the ideal platform for this would be Half Life 3.
But Left 4 Dead 3 does seem to be the more realistic target and there is no doubt that Valve may want to give Half Life 3 a good launch.
