Does anyone really care about the shortcomings of the Titanfall beta? Many are waiting for the arrival of Halo 5 and while the release date for the game may be a long way off, it will be a lot more exciting than Titanfall. Halo has been confirmed to be coming out this, but at the moment gamers don’t know such a great deal about it.
The release date for Halo 5 isnt that much behind the release date for Titanfall as the latter will be out on 25 March in the US and just three days later in the EU. The launch date for Halo 5 on the Xbox One should be in November, gamers are expecting it around a week or two before Thanksgiving arrives in the US. The Titanfall beta has been a worry to gamers as it caused many problems.
Generally it is not working for many gamers and this is said to be down to the amount of traffic. Of course gamers who have managed to get into the beta are loving it, but the traffic problem is a big issue. The same issue destroyed SimCity along with hurting GTA Online and Battlefield 4. So Repawn has until the end of March and then they need to have got things sorted out, while they should be able to do this, it is worrying.
The release date of Halo 5 has two features that Titanfall doesn’t. The first of these is it will have a single player game and it has the full support of the creator. The world of Halo is deep and full, it is a world that is fleshed out and among the best science fiction worlds in any video game, and it is also the best world in any FPS. So will Titanfall be able to copy this with a multi-player game? Many gamers think not, but if it does then it will be a masterpiece. However Respawn hasn’t shown any talent for storytelling up to now. Gameplay will be good and Halo will need to do better, however when it comes to the story, Halo will offer so much more. It will also have the support of Microsoft and should be among the best looking games to arrive on the Xbox One.
