Sony Xperia Z3, Z3 Compact and Z2 users can now breathe a sigh of relief as Sony has finally launched the highly anticipated Android 5.0 Lollipop update for their device.
However, the updating process is currently happening in Australia and soon, it will be reaching out to other parts of the world.
Australia’s major carrier, Vodafone, had just rolled out the update to the Z3, Z3 Compact and Z2 smartphones on its network and was kind enough to confirm that the updating process will begin in Oceana before heading to Asia, Europe, Middle East and the Americas.
With that being said, Z3, Z2 and Z3 Compact users here in the US should brace yourselves since the Android 5.0 Lollipop update is coming. Also, the update will arrive to all three devices at the same time.
