The modder known as Promarksman117 certainly fits his name as he utilized over 200 different mods with precision to create a world of Zelda in Skyrim. Of course, this is only applicable for the PC version. There is no way for the console to have mod capabilities.
In specific, 224 mods are required to create this world. In addition to that, the PC must have 8GB of RAM, AMD Radeon HD 7570 and an Intel i7 processor to pull it off. If you have a PC which is equivalent or better, then you can try this world of Zelda on your Skyrim.
The finished product changes the entire Skyrim landscape to that of Zelda. Even the music comes with 50 different Zelda original soundtracks. All in all, there is no limit when it comes to modding the PC version of SKyrim.
