If you are looking to get the Samsung Galaxy S8 or the Apple iPhone 8 this year, you might want to be prepared to wait because new reports are saying that they might not be enough to go around when the device first arrive.
It has been reported that both Apple and Samsung will experience supply;y shortage with their flagships because of a 10nm chip. Both Apple and Samsung will be getting their chip from the same component supplier and it has been suggested that the supplier won’t be able to meet their demands this year.
The 10nm chip is crucial in building the A11 chip for Apple and Snapdragon and Exynos chip from Samsung. Without them, Samsung and Apple won’t be able to come out with enough stock.
We are expecting to see the Samsung Galaxy S8 in April this year while the Apple iPhone 8 should be arriving in September as usual. Will this cause some problem for us? We will have to wait and see.
