Rockstar has already released the latest sequel to the GTA franchise and is looking to release a sequel to another one of its titles. This is after information got leaked from a LinkedIn profile of a senior engineer that is working with Rockstar Games. The profile from the New England division employee quotes “working on the next version of a famous IP”.
The GTA V is long released so what could the next famous title be? Apparently every game-bloggers are pointing their fingers to the Red Dead Redemption franchise. Well that makes perfect sense. The Red Dead Redemption is a highly successful title produced by Rockstar. It will be great to see a Red Dead Redemption 2. Well since the leak suggests work is being done, we can expect the game to arrive as early as Fall next year.
It is further revealed that Feinstein is actually part of the team who developed the Max Payne 3 and the GTA V. Knowing Rockstar, they wouldn’t simply retire a gaming title with an impressive sales record.
With all that said, Red Dead Redemption 2 will most certainly arrive on the next-gen consoles. We can expect Rockstar to unveil their brand of graphics in an open world play.
