There is really no way of figuring out which country Niantic will choose to release the Pokemon Go App next. After all the frustrating, the fans in Japan finally got their hands on the app so who’s next?
Based on the servers, it does look like Niantic might be working on releasing the app in South America and Asia at the same time as countries from both regions were listed on the servers.
Some fans speculated that the reason Japan got the app this week was because Nintendo’s shared started falling and Niantic was under pressure to release it. Since they’ve got Japan covered now, now believe that Niantic will focus on South America now especially Brazil since they will want to have the app up and running in Brazil when the Olympic starts.
If that is the case, the Asia countries might not be getting the app until August.
