It was pretty clear that Blizzard was getting ready to release a new hero as they were already dropping hints about the new Hero. We now know the name of this new hero and her role in the game.
The new Hero is called Orisa and she will play the role of a tank in the game. Her left click is a sustained fire with great accuracy and her right click will throw remotely detonated graviton that will suck the enemies together for a split second.
For extra protection, she will also have a 900 health barrier while her ultimate is a line of sight damage boost to her allies. The Hero can be played on PTR on PC right now and should be arriving in the full game soon.
