Lexus Climbs While Land Rover Stays At The Bottom

J.D Power has just released their survey result for their Customer Service Index Study which showed that Lexus is back on the top once more.

Both Buick and Lexus managed to score an impressive 860 over 1000 points while Lexus scored 874 out of 1000 points this year. These two model were also named as the top models when it comes to Overall Vehicle Dependability Study.

J.D Power also reported that customers experience with these two brands has improved significantly with 94% of their customers saying that their car got fixed right the first time. This was despite all the reports of the vehciles have some major infotainment issue.

While Buick and Lexus continue to enjoy the view on the top, it is a total opposite for Fiat and Land Rover who sat at the both of both categories.

Other models that managed to score includes the Toyota POrius for being the most dependable compact car and Toyota Camry for being the most dependable midsize car.
