In a matter of days from now, HTC will be launching the larger variant of the HTC One M9 and it is going to be called the One M9+. We have learned everything there is to know about the One M9+ and today, we are going to compare it with the iPhone 6 Plus.
For starters, the One M9+ features a large 5.2” display that develops 534ppi. While it may be sharper than the Apple iPhone 6 Plus, the size is also smaller. The iPhone 6 Plus features a 5.5” display that develops 401ppi.
In terms of performance, the One M9+ runs on an octa-core SoC with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage space. The iPhone 6 Plus, on the other hand, is powered by the dual-core Apple A8 chip with only 1GB RAM to offer. The phablet from Apple also comes with fixed storage space that ranges from 16GB to 128GB.
The advantage here is with the One M9+ since it has support for external storage space of up to 128GB. Furthermore, the One M9+ has a super sharp 20.7MP rear camera and 2.1MP front camera. The iPhone 6 Plus cameras are limited to an 8MP component and 1.2MP front snapper.
Then again, the iPhone 6 Plus features a large 2915mAh battery which is able to last longer than the 2840mAh battery on the One M9+. For us, both phablets are great and there is no way we can single out a winner in this contest.
