HTC One vs Sony Xperia Z Ultra: Beautifully-Crafted Androids

Samsung smartphones might be the powerhouse in the industry but it is by far not the best looking. Both HTC and Sony are known to make the most beautiful smartphones around. The HTC One and the Xperia Z Ultra are the latest devices to come but which of the two have more to offer?

In terms of screen, the 4.7” LCD display on the HTC One comes with 468ppi. The smaller size also translates to better power efficiency even when battery capacity is stuck at 2,300mAh.The HTC One is powered by a 1.7GHz quad-core processor with 2GB RAM. Other features include a 4MP Ultrapixel rear camera, 2.1MP front shooter, 32GB internal storage and microSD support.

The Sony Xperia Z Ultra is the newer of the two. It comes with a giant 6.4” TFT display that offers 342ppi. There is also 3,050mAh attached to the phablet. The Z Ultra runs on a 2.2GHz Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, microSDHC slot, 8MP rear shooter and 2MP front camera. Also, the Z Ultra is both water and dust proof.

It is hard to tell each other apart as both the HTC One and the Sony Xperia Z Ultra are almost on par at every segment. Perhaps, the balance is in favour of the One as it runs on the latest Android 4.4 KitKat. The Z Ultra is still stuck with the Jellybean. Both devices are beautiful nonetheless.
