There is a lot of mystery surrounding the development of Half Life 3 and Left 4 Dead 3. Both titles from Valve have been a controversial topic among gamers but now, it seems that production is starting to take shape for both titles.
This is according to Counter-Strike’s co-creator, Minh Le, who teased some bits of information after being named as part of the production team for Left 4 Dead 3.
Minh Le claims that he has seen the concept art for the upcoming third sequel and discovered them to be so alike to the concept art for Half Life 3. The lad went on to explain that he has already seen Half Life 3’s sketches.
Minh is aware on how the information he revealed can create uproar by the fans of both gaming franchise. As such, Minh played down the talks by saying that it isn’t something new or surprising as the fans are already ahead on this.
Since Minh claims that there are plenty of similarities between Half Life 3 and Left 4 Dead 3, it simply suggests that both games will be running on the new Source game engine. If so, then Valve is probably developing them side-by-side, thus leading to a possible same day release.
