It seems that Rockstar are focusing more on GTA Online than they are on GTA 5 and this isn’t surprising as players have spent millions of hours and have handed over real money when playing GTA Online.
Gamers have been asking Rockstar for heists in the online version of the game and it seems that Rockstar have listened to what they want as they confirmed that they would bring heists along with other game play features, this year.
Rockstar said “We will also have more information soon for other forthcoming GTA Online content updates including the Dangerous Business Pack, Online Heists, an expansion to the Creator tool and lots more”.
Gamers have taken to social media sites to talk about what they would like to see in the game; of course heists are among the most wanted. Here are some more DLC ideas that gamers would like to see.
There has been talk about making use of the ocean in the game and this could come about by way of a cruise heist. Gamers would be able to make use of parachutes and jet skis and hijack a cruise liner. Police could take to cruises and gamers would have a shoot-out with them.
Other gamers have suggested a casino heist such as what was pulled off in Ocean’s Eleven. While it may not be feasible to have a heist that is elaborate as in the film it could still be cool to pull off a casino heist and escape.
While zombies are not traditionally heists, people love zombies and so it has been suggested that there could be new melee weapons, guns and players having to salvage the city remains after an outbreak.
A prison break sounds like fun some gamers suggested. Gamers could perhaps break someone out of prison and fight off guards and the police as they make their escape.
Some gamers suggested that there could be an island out in the ocean where prehistoric dinosaurs roamed and the player had to make their escape from the island while a T-Rex chased them.
