Apple Does Free Instore Repairs For 5S & 5C – You Can’t Touch This!

Free repairs in store for iPhone 5S and 5C but don’t break the fingerprint function, its not covered.

It has been said that Apple are offering in-store hardware repairs for the latest iPhones, the 5S and 5C.

Staff at stores will be able to replace several parts of the iPhones on site, including the touch display said 9to5Mac.

Providing handset comes under the warranty there will not be any charge for the repairs and owners will be able to wait in the store while their device is fixed.

Special machinery is going to be installed and this will allow staff to fix the problem in the store.

Machines will be able to calibrate the display of the iPhone and we have heard that some stores have been getting machines and replacement parts, along with training manuals.

At the moment damaged handsets under warranty are replaced, however under the new scheme of things, these will be repaired while the owner waits.

Those who are not covered by the warranty will have to pay $149 for a new display, that’s of course if the rumours turn out to be true.

So it seems that staff at Apple stores could soon really be geniuses.
