As more and more automakers work to bring their own version of hot hatch into the market, Subaru fans are wondering if Subaru would also bring back the Subaru WRX STi hot hatch as well.
New reports are suggesting that sales have been going down for the Subaru WRX STi and many believe that the release of a hot hatch version will help bring the numbers back up.
As much as we would like to see that happens, we do not see why Subaru would want to do that. Their Subaru WRX STi might not be as popular as it once was but it is still doing very well right now so there is really no need for them to bring the hot hatchback onto the market.
Subaru has never hinted that a WRX STi hot hatch is in the future and we think they should keep it that way.
