Mazda might have their reasons for doing so but that does not mean that the fans are okay with Mazda choosing not to offer their new models with the Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support. However, thanks to Google, Android users can still enjoy all the Android Auto features without the help of Mazda.
Google has already released the Android Auto app on their PlayStore but when the app was first released, the app did not come with the OK Google support which means users will still have to manually click on the microphone to use the voice command features making the app a little inconvenient to use.
However, with the latest update, the Android Auto app will have the OK Google making things a whole lot easier for the driver. With the update, Android users won’t have to wait for Mazda anymore. Apple users will have no choice but to wait.
