Jeep might have thrown it out of the window but there is still some use to this unwanted Jeep Wrangler design. Jeep probably went through a lot of similar design before they decided on a final design. The one you see here is one of the many that was rejected.
While that means we won’t be seeing this on the road, some people believe that the actual production model will not look too far off from the concept seen here. It is believed that the new Jeep Wrangler will be coming in with a slightly more aerodynamic design and test mules photograph by spies also seems to support that. It is also clear that Jeep plans to hold on to the box-on-frame design for a little longer.
It is also believed that the 2018 Jeep Wrangler will have more aluminum parts now as Jeep continues to work on reducing the weight of the car.
