Before Honda showed off the new Honda Civic, we were all convince that the Honda will be using the Honda Pilot design as the base for the upcoming Honda CR-V since the Pilot was one of the best-looking models they had to offer at that time but now with Honda Civic entering the picture, it looks like the Pilot will be pushed aside.
It is believed that instead of the Honda Pilot, the Honda CR-V will be coming in with a new design that will be based on the new Honda CR-V. The Honda CR-V test mule have been spotted a couple of times now and from what we can see, it looks like some of the design features from the Civic like the headlight, taillights and grille will be carried over.
Not only will it copy the design of the Civic but the Honda CR-V is said to also come with the Honda Civic Platform as well. Powering the Honda CR-V should be a 1.5 liter VTEC Turbo engine or a 2.0 liter VTEC Turbo engine.
