According to the report, both of the issues are related to the locking mechanism of the seats. The outboard and the center seat both have problems locking back in place after sliding forward. If not fixed, the seats might come loose in an accident causing more damage to the occupants.

Models that will be recall includes the 2011 t0 2016 models that were built from the 17th of August 2010 until the 1st of October 2015 as well as those made from 23rd of September 2016 until the 24th of October 2016.

Honda reported that no injuries or death related to the issue have been reported. Those affected will be informed but they will have to wait a little longer before the replacement parts arrive. While you wait, it is best to manually lock the seat in every time you adjust it.
