All eyes were on the Chevrolet Colorado Duramax. Ever since Chevrolet announce that they were going to release the Chevrolet Colorado with a diesel engine, people have been waiting for the diesel model to arrive.
Due to some complication, the Chevrolet Colorado Duramax model’s arrival was delayed and many believe that was the reason why the Chevrolet Colorado was trailing behind models like the Toyota Tacoma when it comes to sales.
However, things did not look that different even after Chevrolet release the Chevrolet Colorado Duramax model which proves that the low sales number was not because people are waiting for the diesel model.
It is believed that the issue has always been with the production rate as Chevrolet is still struggling to keep up with the demand of their customers. Chevrolet has already announced that they will be working to increase the production rate by upgrading a second plant. Maybe things will finally turn around after the upgrade.
