2015 MacBook Pro: Skylake Hopes Shot Dead!

Rumours are rife in indicating that Apple is going to launch the next-gen MacBook Pro with Intel’s Skylake. Unfortunately, this is not going to happen and today we are going to explain why.

For starters, Intel is still pending to launch Skylake. The tech manufacturer claims that they are still developing their first ever 14nm nanochips and it will only be ready somewhere in late June or early July.

While there might still be time for Apple to integrate the feature with the MacBook Pro, the company is not expected to do so. This is because Apple needs to unveil the production-ready MacBook Pro at WWDC.

WWDC is going to commence next-week and without Skylake, the MacBook Pro will look useless entirely. Hence, Apple will probably stick to Intel’s Broadwell to power the next-gen MacBook Pro.
