Now the folks over at Amazon Wireless have beaten Wirefly with an even low price point of $99.99 on contract. This price applies for a new 2-year agreement, and $149.99 for upgrades.

Verizon Motorola DROID 4 specs
The Verizon DROID 4 boasts a 4-inch qHD screen, 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB on-board memory (supports microSD cards of up to 32 GB) and comes with Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread. The good news here is that Motorola has promised that this full 5-row QWERTY slider phone will be getting the Android Ice Cream Sandwich update eventually.
