It is finally official folks. Verizon Wireless has gone ahead and fired out a press release confirming the HTC DROID Incredible 4G LTE. The PR shows that rumors about its specs were pretty much spot on:
Verizon HTC DROID Incredible 4G LTE specs
4-inch qHD Super LCD display with Corning Gorilla Glass, 1.2 GHz dual-core Qualcomm S4 processor, 8-megapixel rear camera with a BSI imaging sensor and 28mm lens, ImageSense technology 1080p HD video recording, front-facing VGA camera, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage, 1700mAh battery, NFC, Beats Audio integration and of course 4G LTE.
What was left out was the price tag but given that it is an LTE smartphone, there is the odd chance it will sit at $299.99 on contract. However with AT&T selling the HTC One X at just $200 on contract, Verizon Wireless may rethink their pricing structure.

Simultaneously, the folks over at Droid-Life report that we may see another high-end Android land on Verizon in the next few weeks – the blue Motorola DROID RAZR:
“Verizon has the phone loaded up in internal systems at a price of $149 on 2-year contract. This is the 16GB model, which simply means that Big Red won’t be supplying you with a microSD card to help keep the price low.”
It has been marked for May 17th and will join the standard grey, white, purple, and special edition red/black variants. We’ll keep you posted as more develops.
