It wasn’t that long ago when Square Enix announced the development of Kingdom Hearts 3. This upcoming third sequel will conclude the entire Kingdom Hearts franchise and it will be the biggest game in the series.
Ever since Square Enix released Kingdom Heart’s 3 teaser trailer, the game developer has been pretty quiet. Today, Tetsuya Nomura is back on the spotlight to reveal more on this upcoming game.
In an interview with Weekly Famitsu, the director revealed that all the hanging subplots on the filler titles in the Kingdom Hearts franchise will continue in Kingdom Hearts 3. This includes both Kingdom Hearts 3D and Kingdom Hearts Chi.
In 3D, the Attraction Flow skill is vital to defeat a boss. Also the Free Flow has been upgraded in the game. Both of these features will be part of Kingdom Hearts 3.
As for the plot, the prophesy in Chi actually hinted on Kingdom Hearts 3. Nomura revealed that the last verse in the prophesy will play a major part in the final game.
At the moment, Nomura is writing and re-writing Kingdom Hearts 3 scenarios. The developers are all hard at work as they want Kingdom Hearts 3 to be the biggest and best gaming title there is.
