One of the biggest mystery cases is with Valve’s Half Life 3. For ten-long years, the fans have been kept waiting for this third sequel to the Half Life franchise but there has yet to be any sign of the game to be in development.
Despite that fact, fans have been busy buzzing on what they want to see in the future Half Life 3. For a start, they want a horror stage like never before. Perhaps players will have to go through the underwater pipe tunnel while being chased by Itchyousarus.
Aside from that, the thrill offered in Borealis should also make a return. Having the Combine going after the player while running in the tight corridors at Borealis should offer plenty of thrills to the players.
Across the first two Half Life titles, there are some great characters worthy of returning to this future instalment. This includes the likes of X-Race and the tentacles which will add in more content in Half Life 3.
Then there is the much-talked about Employers. The Half Life is eager to find out who these Employers are. Could the G-man be describing the puppet masters that are responsible for this whole mess? If so, there should be a chance for the player to meet the employer, face to face.
Finally is the Xen Homeworld. Players have certainly missed this place and would love to make a quick return. Of course, it is already lost to the Combine. Nevertheless, it is the only way for the player to get to Earth.
