GTA 5 has just about got over the hackers, who infiltrated the game, dispensed loads of illegal cash and totally messes up the game, forcing the studio to take extreme measures to get back on track.
This rough patch distracted Rockstar from its series of DLC packs, and since all the hackers have gone, the fans are hoping that the DLCs will be coming soon. A quick perusal of the websites tells them nothing, however, despite Rockstar’s promises of big things coming.
The developer has said it’ll announce the DLC packs as they come up, in the next few months. The fans, rather predictably, are going mad trying to guess the schedules and dates.
Some GTA forum members have been looking for clues and placeholders in the game, and have come up with some amazing finds. In the exe- files, there are hints of assassination missions, new special abilities, more weapons and more phone apps.
2013’s best game is definitely getting more content, so the players had better start saving some of those GTA dollars to blow on their new widgets.
