It is no secret that Mitsubishi is currently producing a facelift model for the existing Outlander. Known as the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, the car will be coming out with a luxury design that will definitely capture the attention of the world.
Mitsubishi has already released a concept image of the Outlander PHEV and the vehicle does look enticing. The first thing that captured our attention is the X-shaped front that consists of the grille and front headlamps. The top half of the ‘X’ is winged by the headlamps and the middle is made up of horizontal chrome strips. The lower half of the ‘X’ is painted in black.
Inside the vehicle, the Mitsubishi PHEV is themed in Black and Burgundy. The choice of colours alone ensures that the cabin is classy and comforting. The dashboard, on the other hand, will have its compartments divided in silver strips. This completes the overall luxury feel that is to come with the Outlander PHEV.
Under the hood, the SUV will be powered by a hybrid system that is made up of a 12kWh lithium ion battery and a 2L 4-Cylinder DOHC MIVEC engine. The Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV is expected to make its debut next year and it will be one of the many great vehicles worth anticipating.
