Last year, two super smartphones got released and they are the LG G2 and the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Both Korean devices have been a stellar in the industry but which of them is better?
In terms of display, the G2 sports a smaller 5.2” screen that offers 423ppi. It is 9% sharper than the 386ppi running on the Note 3’s 5.7” display. The large screen on the latter also means that the 3200mAh battery drains faster than the G2’s 3000mAh battery.
Under the casing, both smartphones are almost equal in speed as they run on the high-end Snapdragon 800 processor with Adreno 330 GPU. However, the Note 3 is slightly faster thanks to its larger 3GB RAM. The G2 comes with only 2GB of RAM.
Both smartphones are also on equal footing in the field of photograph as they are equipped with a 13MP rear camera and a 2.1MP front shooter. Then again, it is the Note 3 that enjoys many functions with its cameras.
The killer blow is with the Note 3’s ability to support microSD card that can expand the storage space of up to 64GB. Also, the phablet from Samsung comes with the S Pen that gives the user more functions to toy with. In short, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is the victor in this contest.
