2016 Nissan Maxima Review: What’s The Verdict

This summer, Nissan will be launching the all-new Maxima and the vehicle has tons of exciting things to offer. For starters, the next-gen Maxima has the potential to be one of the best-looking vehicles around as it features more curves, a new-looking V-motion grille and a floating roof.

Inside the vehicle, everything is designed for the driver and this is evident with the centre console that is titled by 7-degrees for drivers to better access it. Other tech features include dual USB ports, NissanConnect navigation and dual-zone automatic control.

Under the hood, the Maxima will be powered by a 3.5L V6 engine with 300hp to offer. The horsepower will be pumped through a newly developed CVT unit that is tuned for greater acceleration. To complete the ultimate power package, Nissan has added two driving modes and they are Normal and Sports.

Safety won’t be an issue with the Nissan Maxima since it will be coming with side-impact and side curtain airbags with rollover sensors as a standard. There is also a driver alert system, blind spot warning and adaptive cruise control.

Of course, we have yet to get behind the wheel of the upcoming Maxima so there is no telling for sure on how great or powerful the car really is. However, judging by the sound of it, the Maxima carry the potential of becoming one of the best sports sedans ever.
