The Samsung Galaxy S4 is promised to get the Android 4.4.3 update months ago but up until today, there is still no sign of the firmware coming. Samsung might leave the S4 users in the dark but today, we got more information on the status of the update.
Based on a leak document, it is revealed that the Android 4.4.3 firmware will reach out to the Samsung Galaxy S4 in July this year. This is about a month after the OS gets rolled out to the latest Samsung Galaxy S5.
It isn’t far away now as just last week, every Google Nexus and Play Edition devices got their hands on the Android 4.4.3 KitKat. Even Motorola has updated all their latest devices to this OS.
The leak document specifically mentions that the Android 4.4.3 KitKat will be coming to the LTE-A version of the Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9506 that runs on the Snapdragon 800 processor.
