Just last month players of GTA 5 were getting all excited about Rockstar launching a DLC that would bring heists into the online version of the game. However it didn’t arrive as Rockstar were focusing on getting rid of hackers. Hackers have got into the game and were messing around with the game.
Rockstar rounded them up and put them in a cheaters lobby before banning them from the game. So now they have done this, what can we expect from Rockstar next?
They have said that they are making sure that GTA Online is safe from hackers and then they are going to return to DLCs for the game. So it does seem like the reason we haven’t seen heists online yet is down to the hackers taking up their time.
At the moment there hasn’t been any announcement about the heist DLC and this is unfair on all the gamers who have stuck with the game since it arrived.
These players are now having to redo missions again and they are not paying out the money they used to.
Now that Rockstar have the hackers under control, let’s hope that it doesn’t take too long for them to release DLC and get heists into GTA 5 online.
