Mazda is one of the very few automakers in the market that is actually not working to offer the Android Auto and Apple CarPlay features to their customers. However, if you are an Android users, you won’t have to wait for Mazda anymore because Google is here to save the day.
Google has already released their Android Auto app on the PlayStore which means Android users can now download it and use it from their smart devices. When the app was first announced, it did not come with the OK Google features which means users will have to manually tap on the microphone to use the voice command.
However, the latest update for the app will bring in the OK Google features which mean the app will now work with like the auto version.
We do not know when Mazda plans to start offering these features but at least there is not an alternative for the Android users.
