Spies have already spotted the BMW I8 out in the open with its top down and now, a new set of spy shots will give us a better look at how the BMW i8 will look like with its top on.
The vehicle in the image was fitted with a fabric top. While the rest of the BMW i8 still looks very futuristic, the cloth top seems to take a little away from it. It is possible that this is just a tempory top that drivers can keep when they have the glass roof on.
The rest of the body looks and feels the same. Features like the lights, grille, and body design look identical to the one we have now although there are a few extra slats in the hood extractor vent.
The production of the upgraded BMW i8 will only happen next year but we should be hearing more about it soon.
