Most people would do anything to see this two battle it out on the track once more and while we know one of them will be coming back for sure, the other will not.
Toyota has already announced that they will be working with BMW to bring the Toyota Supra back into the market. There is not a whole lot of details right now but at least we know that it is going to happen.
Things are not that positive on the side of the Mazda RX-9. While Mazda did say that they have a team of engineers working on the rotary engines right now, they also did confirm that here will not be working on any new sports car that is bigger than the Mazda MX-5 which means no RX-9 for us.
Of course, Mazda might change their mind in the future but for now, we know for sure that we will not be seeing these two on the track at the same time. What a pity.
