PC gamers playing GTA 5 on the highest-end graphics settings will certainly notice that in some areas, the quality of the rendering tends to dip. Well, there is a solution or this but it is only for PCs that are running on NVIDIA’s graphic card.

Here’s how:
1. MAKE SURE VSYNC IS ENABLED IN GTA V
2. Install NVIDIA Inspector
3. Open and go to the little tool icon on the right
4. Select Grand Theft Auto V
5. Change: Threaded Optimisation: ON, Power management mode: Prefer maximum power
6. Close the inspector
Apparently, the dip in frame rate and the random stutters are caused by the VSYNC whenever it gets enabled. By following the steps above, it should rid of the stutters and ensure a smooth graphical rendering throughout playing GTA 5.
