Minecraft on the PS3 and PS4 has finally been updated and now, it is compatible with the newly released Skyrim Mash-Up Pack and Steampunk Texture Pack. 4J Studio launched the update earlier today and it will be automatically downloaded the moment Minecraft connects to the internet.
Once the update is completed, Minecraft players on the PS3 and PS4 can purchase the Skyrim-themed DLC for just $5.99. Doing so will add in Skyrim’s map into Minecraft while also enabling players to role-play any characters from the RPG title.
On the other hand, players can also purchase the Steampunk Texture Pack that retails at $1.54. This little DLC will add in new designs that are inspired by Victorian era industrial revolution.
It has been quite a while since Minecraft on the PS3 and PS4 received any update and this little addition should make the world of blocks more interesting.
