2014 Jaguar XE: Can The New Baby Jag Save The Brand?

The Jaguar XE will be built with power as it comes with a variety of Ingenium 4-cylinder petrol and diesel engines. Environment activist won’t be too angry as the 2.0-litre turbo engines are able to achieve 100g/km of CO2 emission. There will also be one that is capable of achieving 300km/h.

As for the XE’s design, Ian Callum revealed that it won’t just be a shrunken XF. The company’s head of design added that the XE will have its own unique design. However, the XE’s design is not tweaked much and will continue to resemble its family.

There is already a spy shot of the Jaguar XE on the internet and you can view them here. There is not much to tell from it but looking at the grills and lights, it does look a lot like a smaller XF.
