Following the invasion of hackers to GTA Online, Rockstar has responded efficiently by taking them out and detaining them in a cheater’s lobby. In a bid to make GTA Online more secure, the game developer rolled out the 1.09 patch update which will add in more security as well restoring the game’s economy.
However, with every update, there are bound to be glitches. As soon as 1.09 patch update got released, the masses were quick to do some searching and managed to discover a great new exploitation that can allow players to get DLC cars for free. A video of it got released on Youtube which demonstrates this trick.
Three cars are involved and they are the HotKnife, Khamelion and Carbon RS. It is simple to pull off. All you have to do is to go on your phone’s internet browser in GTA Online and surf to Legendary online car shop. There you can see the cars listed in the catalogue.
Now, go back to your home page and on the address bar, tap B (circle) and A (X) in this order. Now head back to the car website and there should be codes appearing at end of the address. Remove the numerals and replace it with:
28 for the Khameleon
29 for the Hotknife
30 for the CarbonRS
Once you’ve made up your mind, proceed to the address. Once done, head back to our homepage and over at the search bar, key in B and A again. Delete everything after the last forward slash and key in “PurchaseCar”. Now, call your mechanic or head to your garage. The cars should be there.
It might sound confusing but it is actually simple to pull off. If you want to try it, go ahead. Of course, be quick about it since Rockstar often send out fixes which will see the end of the glitch.
