Owners of the HTC devices have been waiting to hear news about CyanogenMod ROMs for their handsets and there is good news. This ROM is a popular choice among owners and versions have been made for many handsets. Now owners of unlocked handsets with AT&T, T-Mobile and other GSM models can enjoy a single ROM which has the name of the M7 ROM.
The changes are now in effect thanks to nightly builds of the CM 11 ROM. Newer builds will be launched and they will be offered under the M7 name for the HTC One. This will take the place of the m7ul, m7att and the m7tmo.
Owners of handsets with Verizon and Sprint should be aware that ROMs will be listed separately still, but the developers may fix this at some point. Anyone wanting to get their hands on the update can download the 204MB file now.
