Even though DayZ Standalone is still in its testing period, an update had just got released earlier this week. This update will bring in plenty of improvement into DayZ Standalone and the only benefiting party is the fans as they get to experience it first-hand.
Looking into DayZ’s developers’ diary, this latest update will change plenty of things in the game. Players that are trying out the post-apocalyptic game have been calling for Bohemia Interactive to add in a vehicle as the map is simply too huge for the players.
Those cries from the fans are certainly heard by the game developer. Over at the diary, it states that there will be vehicles coming to the game. However, it will be tested and not all of them will make it into the final product. Bohemia Interactive will take it level per level starting with a bicycle.
Aside from transportation, the biggest thing that is to come with this 0.37 patch update is the weather system.
The rain will now sync with any machine connected to the server. This will also affect the players’ survival in DayZ. The developers made it no secret that they will look to add in all four seasons into the game.
The future of DayZ is certainly a dark one. Bohemia Interactive has apparently hired an entire team of programmers for the game. Of course, these new faces are from creators of hunting games which will suit well for DayZ Standalone.
