Rumors about Xiaomi launching their new Mi Note 2 this month have been going around for some time now but it looks like the rumors might not be too far off as it has been reported that the device was given its CCC.
The CCC stands for China Compulsory Certificate, a certificate that all products in China will have to get before it can go forward. After CCC, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will have to get its TENAA approval and after that, the device will be ready for sale.
It is believed that Xiaomi will officially be announcing the device next week on the 14th of September before releasing it on the 24th of September.
We have not heard from Xiaomi yet but it is believed that the device will be coming in with a 5.7 inch Quad HD curved displays screen and will be running on the Snapdragon 821 with 6GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
