Microsoft is returning to its winning ways after launching Windows 10. The most exciting bit is that the OS is being offered to Windows 7 and 8.1 users for free but this is provided that they perform the update within the first year.
While it all sounds great, there are some things that Windows users need to be aware of before applying Windows 10. Apparently, the update will kill of some of the PC’s common features. Today, we are going to list out 5 of the killed features and if you truly need them, then it is best for you to stay away from the update.
1. Windows Media Centre will be removed on Windows 10
2. Watching DVDs requires separate playback software
3. Microsoft games like Solitaire, Minesweeper and Hearts are removed
4. Every USB driver needs to be updated from the manufacturer’s website
5. Windows 10 will dispose every desktop gadgets
