Gamers playing Watch Dogs will need to be extra careful as there is a bug in the game that could halt the progress made by the player.
The bug simply resets the players’ stats and it commonly happens when the player respawn in free roam. At the moment, the bug is being reported by PC and Xbox One players. There has yet to be any complains coming from the PS4 community.
One player pointed out that he was discovered and killed. When his character respawned in free roam, the bug removed all his weapons and set the outfit to default. On top of that, skills won’t be usable even though it is already unlocked in the skill tree.
Things got worse when there is no way to get around the issue. Players can’t recover the progress loss and loading old saved files won’t remove the bug in effect.
On the bright side of things, Ubisoft has been notified of the issue and it will be sending out the patch update as soon as possible.
