The brand new IP from Ubisoft, Watch Dogs, managed to offer an interesting storyline and gaming experience which is why most gamers agree that the title deserves a sequel. Upon looking at the success of the first Watch Dogs, Ubisoft revealed that Watch Dogs 2’s arrival is inevitable.
With that being said, we would like to take this opportunity to pour in our ideas for the game. We’ve played Watch Dogs and discovered the many ways it can be better in the upcoming Watch Dogs 2.
For starters, Ubisoft needs to sort out Watch Dogs’ identity. Assassin’s Creed is well known for climbing buildings and killing people in stealth. Watch Dogs needs something more than just hacking and running.
Speaking of which, Ubisoft should add in more tools which players can hack on. It is time to stop hacking cell phones to invade the privacy of people and hack cars instead. That would be much more fun.
A new protagonist with more personas should also be in place for Watch Dogs 2. Aiden Pearce from Watch Dogs is just too boring in character. It is always about revenge with the lad. At times, the protagonist needs to move away from the storyline and chillax for a little bit.
Next is the driving mechanism in the game. This is the most important element and needs some serious overhaul. The least Ubisoft could do is offer something like GTA 5. Over at Watch Dogs, driving is simply a nightmare.
Finally is with random missions that pop up whenever the player is connected to Xbox Live or the PSN. The missions shouldn’t affect the main storyline while also not coming with the same program mapping like the hacks in the game.
If these elements are added and improved on Watch Dogs 2, we wills surely see a great game coming next year. Then again, we won’t know for sure on when Watch Dogs 2 will arrive.
