Verizon announced on Twitter earlier today that they will begin taking pre-orders for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S6 beginning on April 1 and many fear that it is an April Fool’s joke. Well, there is a high chance it isn’t and here’s why.
For starters, Samsung has already made it known that the Samsung Galaxy S6 will be launched on April 10 next month. If so, then taking pre-orders about 10 days before the official launching will make sense in every way.
As such, there is no need to take Verizon’s Tweet as a joke. Unfortunately for the consumers, the carrier has yet to share on the pricing of the Samsung Galaxy S6 but it is safe to assume them to retail around the $600 mark, like how it is on other carriers.
When the S6 arrives, consumers can only choose between black and white colours. Other colour options like blue, gold and green are expected to make their debut at a later date.
